THE TENANT - part A

Sonia is due to move in at 4pm, but after lunch she's got nothing to do, so...

... she rings the bell at 2pm

Silvia is getting ready for a shower and she's not happy when she opens the door and Sonia jumps in without a word 

   Silvia: "What are you doin here? it's 2 o'clock! I've got things to do before..."

Sonia: "uuuuh let me drop my stuff, it's not a crime isn't it???"

Silvia: "mmm well, sit there, don't touch anything and wait for me, I only need 10 minutes... I still have to set up your room right?"

Sonia: "I see... it's a mess... you could have done that before!!! you knew I was to move in today!"

  Silvia: "At 4pm it would have been done, don't bother now, just sit there and wait for me, got it?"

Silvia gets back to the bathroom and Sonia changes into home-clothes... and starts unpacking, she cant stand there doing nothing!

in the meanwhile Silvia is doing the make up...

Sonia: "this fu**ing chair with her t-shirts on it... down there on the floor, she'll take them later. But... bleah, half eaten cakes on MY desk... laaah in the wastebasket!"

Sonia: "mmm... she's late... I'll start doing my bed, yeah"

Silvia comes back and...
